Tina Coleman has spent more than 10 years with Alaska Airlines Reservations and has dedicated much of that time to serving and representing her fellow IAM members. She currently serves as a Shop Steward and Communicator for IAM Local 2202, Chair of the Communications Committee, and a member of the Idaho Committee and Education Committee.

Throughout her union involvement, Tina has worked directly with members on grievances, contract enforcement, workplace concerns, and ensuring members receive accurate and timely information about the issues that affect their work and their lives. Her approach to representation is straightforward: be accessible, do the research, ask the hard questions, and speak up when something isn’t right.

Tina is running for General Chair as part of the Forward Together slate because she believes District 142 deserves leadership that listens to its members, enforces its contracts, communicates openly, and stands up for every member—regardless of station, classification, or location.
