Robert Nedeljkovic has dedicated 25 years to Air Wisconsin Airlines, building a career as an Aircraft Mechanic and Crew Chief with extensive technical experience and operational leadership. His career on the frontline has given him a firsthand understanding of the demands placed on aviation professionals and the importance of safe, fair, and respectful working conditions.
Robert’s commitment to his fellow IAM members is reflected in his extensive union leadership experience. At IAM Local 2575, he has served as Chief Steward, Vice President, and Recording Secretary, taking on responsibilities that require strong communication, accountability, and a commitment to representing the membership.
At the District level, Robert has served as Vice President representing Air Wisconsin within IAM District 142, advocating for members and providing leadership across the system. As Vice President-at-Large, he continues that commitment with a focus on strong representation, workplace safety, equitable treatment, and protecting the rights and interests of IAM members.
Robert believes effective union leadership requires experience, consistency, and a willingness to stand with members when it matters. His combination of 25 years of aviation experience, Local Lodge leadership, and District-level service gives him a broad perspective on the challenges facing IAM members across District 142.
