A longtime Southwest Airlines Customer Service Agent since 1997, this candidate brings nearly three decades of frontline experience and a strong record of IAM leadership. They serve as a founding District Lodge 142 Educator, Local Lodge 2198 Shop Steward, and Co-Chair of the Local Lodge 2198 Women’s Committee.

They have completed the Full Leadership Curriculum and advanced coursework at the William W. Winpisinger Education & Technology Center, building the knowledge and leadership skills needed to serve the membership.
